This was amazing and so easy to make! It was so simple and such a great flavor. This was so good! Made a few modifications. I live in South Louisiana. We like our food spicy and with rice. I substituted rice for the pasta and added Hot Rotel Tomatoes, onions and red and green bell peppers. I sprinkled green onions on top and served with garlic bread. Family was very happy.
